深圳音樂廳經常舉辦中外樂團音樂表演，深受香港及內地觀眾歡迎，Cityline為其提供門票銷售服務。過往用戶購票時由系統編配座位，未能就個人喜好揀選，但自Cityline與深圳音樂廳購票系統成功接通後，現於購票過程中，用戶選擇好場次後，便可在場館平面圖上親自揀選座位，因應個人喜好購買心儀座位，享受最適合你的觀賞體驗。

Travelling north to enjoy arts and musical performances has become a new trend for Hong Kong residents. To enhance the user experience, Cityline has become the first Hong Kong ticketing platform to seamlessly integrate with the ticketing system of the Shenzhen Concert Hall. Starting from July, when purchasing tickets for Shenzhen Concert Hall performances on the Cityline platform, users can personally select their preferred seats directly from the venue's seating plan, comprehensively elevating both the ticketing and viewing experiences.

The Shenzhen Concert Hall hosts magnificent musical performances by both Chinese and international orchestras, making it highly popular among audiences in Hong Kong and the Mainland. Cityline provides ticket sales services for the venue. Previously, seats were automatically allocated by the system during purchase. However, following the successful integration of the Cityline and Shenzhen Concert Hall ticketing systems, users can now personally select their seats on the seating plan after choosing their desired showtime. This allows audiences to secure their ideal spots based on personal preference, ensuring a tailor-made and optimal viewing experience.
